The world’s biggest jumping castle is touring Australia and it’s EPIC

Jump for joy because Big Bounce Australia is bringing the ‘World’s Biggest Jumping Castle’ to six Aussie cities this summer.

Yes, that title is official, it’s even been given the Guinness World Records tick of approval.

An all-inclusive ticket will let you go for a jump on the record-breaking jumping castle. It will also give you access to the incredible 300-metre long inflatable obstacle course AND a three-part space-themed wonderland.

Big Bounce founders Cameron Craig and Grahame Ferguson had a lightbulb moment while working together at a music festival in the UK. Whilst there they watched bored parents mill around while the kids had fun bouncing around. 

In a stroke of genius, the pair decided that mum and dad should play with the kids. And so Big Bounce was born.

Australia launched its Down Under tour back in 2019, but then of course 2020 and 2021 had other plans. 

Now as summer 2021 approaches and Australia is emerging from lockdown state by state, Big Bounce Australia will tour the nation.

The attractions

Entry will get you three hours of unlimited fun on all three inflatable attractions.

The World’s Biggest Jumping Castle 

The hero of the event covers a whopping 1500m2 and some sections reach as high as 10 metres. In other words…it’s HUGE.

Inside the jumping castle, you’ll find giant slides, obstacle runs, ball pits, climbing towers and basketball hoops. You will even meet friendly oversized inflatable characters.

The fun doesn’t end there. In the centre of the jumping castle, you will find a custom-built stage where a resident DJ is getting the party started. It’s complete with a blaring sound system, music (tailored to the age group), confetti cannons and beach balls. Plus there are games, competitions and giveaways.

The Giant

If you’re an aspiring ninja warrior this one is for you. This beast is over 300 metres long and has 50 inflatable obstacles to overcome.

Make your way across the giant red balls, crawl through the rainbow spirals and navigate the zone of the inflatable giants.

For the grand finale make your way down the monster slide.

airSPACE

As the name suggests this space-themed wonderland is filled with friendly aliens, spaceships and moon craters.

Snap an action shot on the gigantic five-lane slide and defy gravity in the ball pits.

Complete the ultimate space mission by reaching the 8-metre tall alien in the middle of the 18-metre tall maze.

Where is Big Bounce Australia touring?

Big Bounce Australia is touring nine Aussie cities. They include Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.

Here are the tour dates and venues:

Brisbane QLD 14 -16 January 2022 at Eagles Sports Complex.

Melbourne VIC 28 – 30 January, 4 – 6 February 2022 at Flemington Racecourse.

Adelaide SA 18 – 20 February 2022 at Ellis Park.

Canberra ACT 4 – 5 March 2022, venue to be advised.

Sydney NSW 11 – 13 March at St. Ives Showground.

Newcastle NSW 8 – 10 April 2022, venue to be advised.

Perth WA 6 – 8 May 2022 at Claremont Showgrounds.

Ticket price by session type:

• Toddler Sessions – 3 and under $35pp
• Junior Sessions – 7 and under $48pp
• Bigger Kids Sessions – 15 and under $48pp
• Adult Only Sessions – 16+ $59pp

It’s free for parents and spectators but if you’re a parent wanting to enter the inflatable attractions you will need to buy a separate ticket.

Parents must accompany children in the Toddler Sessions with a separate ticket.
