This epic DigiPark experience opens in Sydney in December

Light, technology and art collide to create an immersive and interactive experience for families these school holidays.

Have you seen some videos on social media about ‘DigiPark’ recently, and wondered what it’s all about? News of this immersive and interactive experience has been leaking across Instagram and TikTok, but details have been scarce.

Set to open to the public in December 2025, DigiPark is opening on level five of Westfield Sydney – near the newly reopened Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck – with 11 incredible interactive environments and a mind-blowing naked-eye 3D experience. Based on the viral Space & Time Cube seen in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Manila, and taking inspiration from Japan’s famous TeamLabs exhibitions, DigiPark is designed to engage all five senses in multi-sensory spaces that will amaze both the young and young at heart. Whether you’re wandering through glowing galaxies, getting lost in mirror mazes or creating your own digital art, it’s an adventure the whole family will love these school holidays. Open Monday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm (last entry 9pm), DigiPark is a great weekend or school holiday activity for families or friends, and all ages are welcome – though children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

What can you expect at DigiPark Sydney?

Orbital Cinema: Step into the Naked-Eye 9D Panoramic Orbital Cinema for a next-level VR film experience where dynamic effects, a 180° curved HD screen and immersive sound place you in the heart of the action.

Fantasy Space: Be transported into abstract worlds in a naked-eye 3D LED environment that redefines visual spectacle and sensory immersion.

Subway: Journey through a glass-walled subway carriage surrounded by glowing flowers and ambient light in a dreamlike escape from reality.

Space & Time Cube: Walk through a 3D holographic tunnel where vivid LED visuals bend time and space in a cool sensory display.

Wandering Planets: Drift through a tranquil, glass-walled galaxy illuminated by glowing planet lights that create the feeling of floating among stars.

Mirror Maze: Lose yourself in a labyrinth of mirrors where endless reflections twist perception.

Upside Down Bakery: Enter a gravity-defying room where you can walk on walls, float through space, and snap fun action selfies in an upside-down bakery.

Tyndall Room: Bask in a serene, misty space where beams of light shimmer through the air.

Horizontal Room: Defy gravity in a zero-gravity playground where you can climb walls, hang upside down and capture action-packed pics.

Cosmic Space: Step into a kaleidoscopic world of mirrors and glowing light strips that ripple and turn reflections into surreal scenes.

Miracle Pen Maleonn: Draw freely and watch your art come to life in colour and motion through interactive light and animation technology.

Immersive Projection: Enter an enveloping world of projection-mapped visuals and 3D sound.

Holographic Projection (Mesh Screen): Experience a delicate fusion of holographic light and mesh fabric as ethereal patterns float and dance in mid-air.
