Ever been camping with kids and had to walk around suitcases and piles of clothes to get to your bed? You’re going to love this $8 IKEA camping hack.
The best part is, many of us actually have this item in the cupboard. I’ll admit I have two.
It’s called the IKEA PS FÅNGST, a hanging storage system with six compartments.
One super clever Pinterest user shared how they used the Ikea storage system to remove all of the stuff off the floor of their tent.
Behold the $8 IKEA camping hack …
The IKEA storage unit has a velcro tab at the top. All you need to do is hang it from the roof of the tent. You can attach it to the tent poles or to a wire hooked through those poles.
Once you’ve secured it, you simply fill it with your clothes and other personal items and leave the suitcases outside in the car.
This IKEA hack is going make camping so much easier for families.
