If you’re camping with a baby, there’s not much point in blowing up a whole air mattress. And a portable cot? That would be ridiculous.
But you don’t want the baby sleeping next to you on the same mattress just in case you roll over onto them.
Savvy Kmart shoppers have found a solution in the megastore’s pet aisle.
Kmart pet beds are super comfy. And they make for great camping beds for toddlers, the angled sides stop the baby from rolling off.
We did a Pinterest search and found several parents were using the Kmart pet beds for plane trips. Pop one onto the plane seat and you have an instant basinet.
Some super-clever grown-ups even combined their Kmart pet bed with a plane pal so little ones could sleep in utter comfort.
If you buy the HUGE dog bed, it could fit school-age children.
The only problem would be lugging it around on your holiday.
