TRICKD is now open on the Gold Coast.

Families looking for something different to do these school holidays can explore a brand-new attraction on the Gold Coast. TRICKD is an immersive sensory experience backed by Ripley’s Believe It or Not! World Entertainment and officially opened on 16 March 2026 – just in time for Easter.

This Australia-first experience invites visitors of all ages to step into a world where reality doesn’t quite behave the way you expect. Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, TRICKD combines optical illusions, hands-on elements and cutting-edge mixed-reality technology to create a playful, mind-bending journey.

Kids and adults can explore rooms filled with mirrors and impossible shapes, where perspectives shift and gravity seems to tilt. As you move through the attraction, sounds change direction, textures play tricks on your senses, and even taste experiments challenge what you think you know about flavour.

What to expect at TRICKD

The experience is divided into three themed zones, each building on the last:

Dr. Enigma’s Laboratory starts things off gently, with reflections and glowing experiments that hint something isn’t quite right.

The Anomaly Zone takes things further, with warped patterns, colour illusions and sensory surprises that keep everyone guessing.

The Paradox Glitch Zone wraps up the adventure with a high-energy digital finale, blending light, motion and mixed reality into a futuristic, game-like environment.

Spanning more than 600 square metres, TRICKD is designed as a fully interactive experience where families can touch, explore and play together. The journey typically takes between 45 and 90 minutes, making it an easy addition to a day out on the Coast.

Conveniently located at Level 1, 4 Orchid Avenue, the attraction offers on-site parking and multiple daily sessions. Tickets are available online, with family passes available.
