Design-led children’s play centre Imaginationation opens in Melbourne

Designed by architects to be an inspiring play centre and learning space for children aged up to seven years old.

A brand-new children’s play centre and learning space has been unveiled at Chadstone Shopping Centre in Melbourne, just in time for the school holidays. Imaginationation is a premium indoor playground that has been designed by architects to facilitate play-based learning for children aged zero to seven years old. Sprawling across a 1200-square-metre floorplan, Imaginationation is comprised of interactive play zones, sensory spaces, imaginative learning experiences and a family-friendly, on-site cafe.

The Imaginationation café serves great coffee, smoothies and better-for-you snacks, as well as baby and toddler food from Le Puree. Imaginationation has also teamed up with colourful clothing brand Halycon Nights to create staff uniforms and an exclusive range of merchandise available for purchase. Parents can enrol children in play classes and a there’s even a CONNETIX Builder Room. Annual memberships and birthday party packages will also be available.
